WW  has also penned for attorneys and insurers West Group’s The Law of Commercial Insurance Agents and Brokers (West, 2007) View publications. This treatise examines agents and brokers’ issues such as negligence and other common-law claims against insurance agents and brokers, the limited scope of the duty to advise, the significant causation requirement, the impact of agent and broker authority on policy reformation and rescission, and the E&O coverages available for agents and brokers.
