In addition, WW has written for Aspen Publishing the national publication CGL Policy Handbook, Second Edition (Aspen, 2012). This publication addresses Commercial General Liability (CGL) policy issues under Coverages A, B and C, including premises liability, environmental exposures, employment claims, defamation, products liability and intellectual property claims. WW has also penned the authoritative national treatise The Law of Commercial Insurance Agents and Brokers (West, 2007).
